The construction combines a sleek, stretchy and waterproof section around the shoe with a tall striated aerodynamic fabric around the lower leg. The aero material is carefully shaped to follow the contours of the ankle and maintain a smooth surface through the pedal stroke, reducing the wrinkles and creases that can disrupt airflow.
