RETURNS
Returns are costly for both you as the buyer in posting items back and us as the seller in restocking. To help avoid unnecessary returns, we encourage you to reach out for size or product advice before completing your purchase. Our team is happy to assist with any questions you may have, to ensure you select the correct item.
We accept returns on items purchased in new condition, within 14 days of delivery. However, items purchased in used condition cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. While we ensure all used items are thoroughly cleaned, we are unable to re-launder them upon return, which prevents us from accepting any used items back. Helmets cannot be returned for safety reasons.
All items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a return. If the items is not faulty, a 10% restocking fee will apply. The cost and risk of return postage are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your return is approved, we will be issued a credit note for the value of the returned item (minus any restocking fees) once we have received the item back. This credit note can be used toward future purchases. Exchanges do not incur any restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@prokitclub.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly before you wear the item.
