Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping and returns.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship worldwide from our base in Tasmania, Australia. We regularly deliver to Europe, the UK, USA and Asia.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your country. Below timeframes are provided as an estimate:
- Australia: 2–6 business days
- Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
- USA: 7–14 business days
- Asia: 7–14 business days
We also offer a courier service (FedEx) at discounted rates, which offers shorter transit times.
Note: delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs, which unfortunately we have no control over.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We always use tracked shipping so you can follow your parcel.

Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
Will I have to pay customs fees, VAT or duties?
Australia and USA:
- All GST / Tax is already included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.
European Union:
- Orders under €150: VAT / IVA / TVA is included in what you pay. We use this to pre-pay VAT on your behalf, so your parcel clears customs automatically with nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.
- Orders over €150: EU law does not allow us to pre-pay VAT. In this case, customs may charge VAT when your parcel enters the country, and your local postal carrier may also add a clearance/handling fee. We refund you 100% of the VAT charged on order, plus an extra 5% off your items at our cost to help cover some of these carrier fees. Please note: import duties may also be applicable and payable upon receipt, as some European countries also charge duties separately from VAT. These duty amounts vary by country and product type. We do not know the exact amount of duties in advance, and we are not able to pay them on your behalf.
Rest of the world:
- No tax is included in the prices, so any applicable taxes may be charged upon receipt.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay and AfterPay. All payments are processed securely.

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. Every item we sell is genuine pro team kit, issued directly to WorldTour and Continental team riders. These are not replicas — they are authentic rider-issued garments and equipment.
Are the items new or used?
Most of our items are team-issued race kit. Some are new/unused, while others have been lightly used by riders (for example, suits may have small pinholes where race numbers were attached).
Each item description clearly states the condition so you know exactly what you’re buying. Please refer to our note on used item condition descriptions for more info.
How do I know the sizing?
Where possible we list rider height and weight, so you can compare with your own size.
As these are pro-issued items, sizing is often aerodynamic and race-tight. If in doubt, please contact us for advice.
