Shipping policy

Shipping information:

We ship everywhere in the world.

We aim to ship items within 2 working days of order.

We use Australia Post to ship items, and offer both Express (expedited) and Standard shipping.

We also offer a FedEx courier service at discounted rates.

Shipping costs will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Returned to Sender / Non-Collection Policy:

If an order is returned to us due to non-collection, failure to collect from a postal outlet, refusal of delivery, incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to respond to carrier delivery requests, the order will not be automatically refunded.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking, ensure delivery can be completed, and collect the parcel within the time period specified by the courier or postal service.
Any costs incurred for return shipping, storage, customs handling, or re delivery must be paid by the customer before the order can be resent.
Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to non-collection or failed delivery caused by the customer. If the customer no longer wishes to receive the order, any refund consideration will be entirely at our discretion and may be subject to all return shipping costs, original shipping charges, customs fees, and applicable restocking fees being deducted
