Condition descriptions:
We do our very best to accurately describe the condition of an item. Please see below for a little more detail on how we have aimed to described each item's condition:
- If an item has been described as 'New', it is to the best of our knowledge unused. Please note though that, as the kits belonged to pro riders, many of the new items do not have tags, and some of them have the internal labels removed (as removing all the labels is quite a common practice for pro riders when they get their kit at the start of the season). Items may have been riders' spare items from rain bags but are unworn.
- An item described as 'Used (excellent)' is in excellent condition, with minimal signs of wear. Race suits may have pin holes on the back pockets where a race number was pinned.
- An item described as 'Used (good)' is in good condition, with signs of wear or minor marks. As above, race suits may have pin holes on the back pockets where a race number was pinned.
- An item described as 'Used (fair)' is in fair condition, with some more noticeable signs of wear, marks or scuffs.
- An item described as 'Used (some damage)' will be wearable but have some damage, which will be detailed in the description and shown in the pictures.

Sponsor Logo Variation Policy:
Professional team kit can change throughout the season as sponsors are added, removed, or updated by the team. This may include small sponsor logo changes, logo placement adjustments, or minor design variations between batches of the same item.
As all of our products are genuine team-issued items sourced directly from professional riders and teams, we cannot guarantee that every item will be completely identical to the photos shown on the product listing.
There may be slight differences in sponsor logos, logo positioning, or small seasonal updates within the same team kit release. These variations do not affect the product quality, function, or authenticity and are considered a normal part of genuine professional team issue equipment.
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts that minor sponsor logo variations may exist between the item received and the product photos displayed.
Returned to Sender / Non-Collection Policy:
If an order is returned to us due to non-collection, failure to collect from a postal outlet, refusal of delivery, incorrect address provided by the customer, or failure to respond to carrier delivery requests, the order will not be automatically refunded.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking, ensure delivery can be completed, and collect the parcel within the time period specified by the courier or postal service.
Any costs incurred for return shipping, storage, customs handling, or re delivery must be paid by the customer before the order can be resent.
Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to non-collection or failed delivery caused by the customer. If the customer no longer wishes to receive the order, any refund consideration will be entirely at our discretion and may be subject to all return shipping costs, original shipping charges, customs fees, and applicable restocking fees being deducted
