Based on the premium Kalas BASE Z1 Merino, this professional base layer has a retail value of over AUD $100 and is trusted by WorldTour riders throughout the season. Its lightweight construction makes it ideal for cool spring mornings, autumn rides or as the perfect foundation beneath a jersey or winter jacket.
Constructed from a premium merino blend containing 41% Merino Wool, 51% Polyester and 8% Elastane, the fabric combines the natural insulating and odour resistant properties of merino with the durability and moisture management of modern performance fibres. At just 125 g/m², it provides warmth without bulk and remains exceptionally breathable during hard efforts.
Merino wool naturally regulates body temperature, helping keep you warm when temperatures fall while efficiently releasing excess heat as your effort increases. It also continues to insulate when damp and naturally resists odours, making it the ideal choice for long training rides and multi-day racing.

Absolutely awesome fit perfect
Some great products again by the guys at ProKit club. I received my order about a week after placing it. Which is pretty good considering I'm in the UK. The kit is great quality and in its original packaging, I've never seen these socks and they will look great with the rest of my kit. I had one issue where I was sent the wrong socks but after an email, it was quickly rectified and the correct item is on the way to me.
